HIGH VOLUME ORDERS AND CUSTOM QUOTING:
Reduced pricing is available for quantities larger than posted on our Web site. If this is the case, please contact us at 678.735.1858 for special handling. Upon request, we also are happy to provide quotes in writing with adequate notice.

PRODUCT AND INVENTORY:
Red Dymond.com strives to provide items on our website that are readily stocked. However, because of the broad nature of products, colors and sizes there may be short stock issues at the manufacturer's inventory level. If for any reason, the item you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you immediately and make a recommendation of a similar product or new time in which you could expect the product.

PRODUCT PRICING:
Prices, terms & conditions, items, and colors are subject to change or of being discontinued without notice. Should this happen, notification will be provided to you before processing the order.

PROOF APPROVAL:
Electronic proofs are provided for every order. It is the customer's responsibility to proofread and verify colors, placement, spelling and product accuracy in a timely manner.

RIGHT TO USE COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARKS:
Red Dymond.com relies on our customers to be fully authorized to use the artwork provided to us. The burden of determining that any material is not protected by trademark, service mark, copyright or proprietary right is solely the responsibility of the customer. We assume no liability for legal issues that may arise between you our customer and a third party for copyright or trademark infringement. You agree to indemnify and hold Red Dymond.com harmless from any suit, demand, claim, loss, liability, damage or expense made or incurred by Red Dymond.com by reason of the unauthorized, improper, or illegal use of any logo or trademark purchased by the customer through Red Dymond.com

Additionally, any logos used in photos on our web stores are the property of their respective owners and are for illustration purposes only. No endorsement by a logo owner is implied.

ORDER OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS:
Due to the nature of customization, possible overruns or Under runs may occur in the amount of 5% -7%. You will be billed for the actual quantity of products shipped. If an exact quantity is required, please advise our Order Department when placing your order.

OUR GUARANTEE:
We pride ourselves on both our products and service and your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed. If we make a mistake, we will resolve it to your satisfaction immediately.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Red Dymond.com will do everything possible to honor requests for cancellation or change after order placement. However, applicable art or setup costs or re-stocking fees that may have already been executed prior to cancellation or order change will apply. Return shipments will be at client’s expense.

AUTHORIZED RETURNS:
Merchandise found to be defective or incorrect due to our error would be replaced at no charge when returned within 30 days. With preauthorization, blank apparel can be returned as long as it is in the same condition it was when received. A restocking fee may apply. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.

PAYMENT TERMS:
In an effort to minimize any perceived or real transaction risk from making purchases online, our payment process is for all orders to be paid via credit card. This protects your company and ours. Charges will appear on your credit card statement paid to RED DYMOND. Please contact our customer service department immediately for assistance if you believe there was an error in pricing.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS:
Any typographical errors in descriptions and/or pricing are unintended. Should this occur, you will be notified immediately upon placing your order.
